Villa No24 is spacious house for 6 persons with big outside space for relaxation and true holiday in idyllic village, in a heart of Istria.
The tranquility and peaceful surrounding is almost magical.
Villa was build in 1921, as old stone house and in 2017 was renovated with lots of love and care for your good feeling, decorated with unique, original details. Our goal was to create a home away from home.
Interior and exterior abound with numerous details in witch you can see our ability and soul.

Inside are two floors with 3 unique bedrooms with they own unique ensuite bathrooms and living/dining room with kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, induction cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, SMEG coffee maker, toaster…).
Outside is 8m x 4m pool, lounge with huge bench to relax in shade, summer kitchen (equipped with refrigerator, induction cooking plate, dishwasher, washing machine), big brick barbecue, terrace with sea view, outside shower & toilet and car parking area. Across the street are children’s playground and sport facilities (tennis, basketball, football..).

Prices
Price includes bedding and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, SAT and welcome package.
Check in after 4PM and check out is till 10AM.
30% down payment is considered as booking confirmation. The rest of payment (70%) has to be made no later then 7 days before the arrival. We accept bank transfer payments and cash. Deposit in case of damage is 300EUR in cash and will be returned on departure.
